ATLAS PEP RALLY: This is how it began!
Comet Nation launched our spaceship for the ATLAS Summative galaxy on Monday! Our aim, -to go where no scholar has gone before.
At our Schoolwide launch the Mills Middle School band set the stage with "take off" music. We had examples of "how-to," and "how-not-to" be in the testing environment. Philander Smith College students of the fraternity Phi Beta Sigma ignited us with a few steps to celebrate when we take orbit. Our Comet Nation cheerleaders affirmed that "we can" and "will do it!" Our Comet Nation staff demonstrated what we do when show our growth on the ATLAS Summative by "putting our boots on the ground." And our PCCSD champion, Dr. Bell provided us with a mental mantra to ensure our success! DATE CHANGE!! Due to unforeseen circumstances, the dates for the Mills University Studies production of Peter/Wendy have changed. The production will take place on two days:
Thursday, May 8 at 7:15 pm (immediately following the choir concert)
or
Friday, May 9 at 1:30 pm (in conjunction with Mills/Maumelle Theatre & Dance recital)

Mills Middle is proud to announce our 2024-2025 support staff of the year - Mr. Michael Robinson! We are so thankful to have Mr. Robinson on our team as a SPED Paraprofessional. He will represent Mills Middle to compete for the title of PCSSD Support Staff of the Year! Congrats, Mr. Robinson!
Part of our observation of Month of the Military Child, Purple Up! Day is a chance to wear purple in support of our military families. This special day recognizes the resilience and sacrifices of military children.

4. Make sure they have their device
5. SPEAK positive thoughts to them
