Chartwells’ first Discovery Kitchen of the school year had a very special guest, Chef Jennifer Maune! Chef Jennifer, a runner-up on MasterChef, teamed with Chartwells own Chef Sarah to educate CHENAL ELEMENTARY students on the importance of giving your body the proper fuel for performance in the classroom and beyond.
The students loved trying the nutrient-dense energy bites (made with sunbutter, oats, dried cranberries, honey, graham crackers & vanilla extract — YUM!) and asking Chef Jennifer questions about her time on the show.
