15 educators from PCSSD attended the 2024 AVID National Conference in Dallas last week. These building and District leaders had the chance to learn from fellow educators and AVID staff through a variety of sessions. It's been a historic season for the MILLS UNIVERSITY STUDIES HIGH football team! The Comets went 9-0 in the regular season, undefeated for the first time in school history and finished 1st in 4A Region 2 with a 7-0 conference record. Apple Seeds, a garden-based education program, came to cook with CATO 4th graders recently. They learned how to make a sweet potato pizza. It was a hit! Each student was also sent home with a supplies and a recipe to make it a home. #pcssdproud #serveall
