Pine Forest and CALS recently partnered to bring Fancy Nancy illustrator Robin Preiss Glasser to visit with Mrs. Chumley’s second grade class. During her visit, Mrs. Glasser talked about how she creates illustrations for children’s books and read aloud her newest book The Verts, written by author Ann Patchett. Each student also received a copy of the book to take home!

🤩 WOW 🤩 Yesterday was a day to remember as we celebrated the news of being named a National Blue Ribbon School! We want to thank our students and staff who showed up and shared their school spirit all day. Our pep rally was a huge success - from start to finish!

We have some exciting news!! Pine Forest Elementary is one of only three schools in the state of Arkansas to be named a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School! Pine Forest received recognition in the Exemplary Achievement Gap Closing Schools category for the Blue Ribbon Award.
