November is Child Safety Protection Month. There are some important steps to take to keep children safe outside like checking play areas to ensure lawn equipment, tools, or other yard items, like branches, are put away to prevent injury. #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence

November is Native American Heritage Month. Some well known inventions by Native Americans include anesthetics and topical pain relievers, corn, and kayaks. But some lesser known contributions include syringes, cable suspension bridges, hammocks, baby bottles, and mouthwash.

Interim grade reports for K-2 were sent home or emailed if your student is virtual. Interim grade reports for 3-5 are online at HAC. Monday and Tuesday all students and teachers are virtual. This is a time to get missing assignments turned in. Students know how to log in and have virtual time with their teachers. Thank you for your support!

November is National Diabetes Awareness Month. This year's theme is Taking Care of Youth Who Have Diabetes. Tips include manage blood glucose levels, healthy habits, stay prepared for emergencies & seek mental health support if needed.
