PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. -- Students at Lawson Elementary recently participated in a “National Flood Emergency Awareness Drill.”
Students were informed of the drill to take place on Friday, April 1. The entire school participated in the “drill,” which put the students in goggles, taking off their shoes and socks, and sitting on their desks or standing on chairs. The drill concluded with teachers announcing “April showers bring…April Fools!”
This was a fun school wide activity for students and teachers!
