PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. -- Pulaski County Special School District is honored to earn the K-12 EVERFI Empowerment Seal for the 2022-2023 school year. This honor is given to school districts committed to educating the whole student. EVERFI set forth a criteria, outlined below, that a District must meet to earn the Empowerment Seal.
Efficacy-based Programs:
accurate, supported by research, diverse instructional methods
Well-trained Staff:
educators implementing the program receive high-quality training
Appropriate Placement:
correct grade-level and timing, meets curriculum standards
Sufficient Reach:
courses deployed to an entire grade-level with high usage and completion
Outcomes Evaluated:
results reviewed to ensure student impact and knowledge gain
Students use EVERFI to learn about the impacts of bullying and substance abuse, building healthy relationships, and more.
