Due to extreme heat expected tomorrow PCSSD will have early dismissal on Friday, August 25. Our goal is ensure our bus drivers and student riders remain safe and out of the extreme heat at dismissal. Elementary schools will dismiss at 11:15 a.m. and secondary schools will dismiss at 12:15 p.m. Students will receive lunch at school prior to dismissal.

SYLVAN HILLS JUNIOR HIGH students in Coach Clark’s class were given 5 minutes to construct a glider and then each team member casting it. Groups then took the averages and determined who had the most efficient design. It was a fun way to start the year! #pcssdproud #serveall

Be Mighty Little Rock is providing free after school meals for kids and teens, 18 and under, at 11 local CALS locations. All meals must be consumer on site and children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
