Thomas graduated from Jacksonville in 1989 and was a 3 year letterman in football. Keller graduated from American International School of Johannesburg (Johannesburg, Gauteng Province, South Africa) in 1996 for 11th & 12th grade. Prior to that he attended Bishop Mackenzie School (Lilongwe, Malawi) for 9th & 10th grade. He played rugby, track (1600m, 800m), basketball, soccer, & volleyball in high school.
