The 3rd grade team at CRYSTAL HILL ELEMENTARY implemented a 3rd Grade Boot Camp. Each teacher is a "Skill Sergeant" and provides students with skill based choice board activities for math and literacy. The skills were connected to individual and class deficit areas.
