The role of the Office of Information Technology (IT) is twofold -- provide support and customer service to enhance teaching and learning through progressive partnerships. IT is revamping the technical infrastructure to support students and staff, instruction, operations and business processes. The department ensures greater transparency and accountability and makes certain IT solutions align with the District's mission and vision. The team promotes academic excellence, teacher and staff accomplishments, student achievement, community involvement and best business practices to prepare PCSSD students to become confident, responsible and productive citizens.

IT Helpdesk

Whether your problem is with hardware like your computer, phone, printer or SMARTBoard, a network connection issue, uncooperative software like eSchool, Finance+ or something as simple as a lost password, our IT Helpdesk is here to help you. We are available to assist you from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at 501.234.2150. Employees can also request assistance 24 hours a day by visiting the IT Help Desk. When logging in, use the exact same credentials that you use to login to the Portal.
