I cannot view the PaperCut training video on YouTube.

I don’t have the “Ricoh Pull Print PC” printer.

Printing from Chrome or Google
The first time you print from Google Chrome, Gmail, or Google Docs, you will have to change to the “Ricoh Pull Print PC,” even if you have already set it to the default printer.
Printing from Chromebooks
When you print from a Chromebook, make sure that you select the correct "Pull Print" printer.
CO, Transportation, Special ED, ect.., select the "Admin Chromebook Pull Print" printer
This includes any Special ED staff member that is stationed at a school
Elem Teachers and Staff select the "Elem Chromebook Pull Print" Printer
Secondary Teachers and Staff select the "Secondary Chromebook Pull Print" Printer
After I log in to the copier, my print jobs are not listed.
Make sure that you are selecting the correct "Pull Print" printer. Your jobs will not show up if you do not have the correct printer select. Contact the Help desk if you still have issues, 234.2150
Why is direct printing no longer allowed?
In order for the PaperCut printing solution to work correctly, all printing must be processed through a “Pull Print” printer. This means that direct printing to the Ricoh copy machines is not allowed.
