Principal: Dr. Nick Farr

Dr. Nick Farr is an 11 year educator who still finds joy in the growth of children. Formerly a Choir, Band, and Orchestra Director, as well as Athletic Coach, Dr. Farr is excited to bring his diverse experience to Maumelle High School. Dr. Farr of a father of two, and an active participant in the community. He believes that this work is vital and necessary, but can only be done correctly when we do it together.

Assistant Principal: Morgan Dickerson

Morgan Dickerson is embarking on her 13th year in education. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas, a Master of Arts in Teaching from UAM, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State.  She has served as an English/Language Arts and Social Studies teacher in the past. Most recently, she served as the Novice Teacher Mentoring Specialist, supporting all new teachers in the district. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to podcasts, and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to return to Maumelle and serve the students of Maumelle High and the entire community.

Assistant Principal: Martha Reynolds

Martha Reynolds, a Conway native, began her career in education as a Spanish teacher in 2003. She graduated with honors from Conway High School and went on to continue her education at Ouachita Baptist University (OBU), Arkansas State University (ASU) at Beebe and finished at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). Martha earned her B.A. in Spanish in 2002 and her M.A. in ASTL (Advanced Studies in Teacher Leadership) from UCA in 2009.  In 2012, Martha completed her English as a Second Language. In 2022, Martha completed her Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Principal Licensure.

This 2024-2025 school year, Martha will be serving as an assistant principal at Maumelle High School. She is excited to work in the Maumelle community as she works to support faculty/staff, families, and scholars.

Assistant Principal: Chris Foor

Chris Foor is embarking on his 25th year in education. Previously a Social Studies teacher and head baseball coach at MHS. He has served in many roles in the past including: Social Studies department chairman, leadership committee member, AP teacher, physical education teacher, health teacher, personal finance teacher, assistant football coach, and basketball coach.  Mr. Foor received his associates degree from Belleville Area College, bachelors in education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, masters in educational leadership from the University of Arkansas-Monticello. He believes that every child has a purpose and it is our job, as educators, to encourage them in finding it.
