The NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER (NOC) is responsible for establishing a shared network infrastructure which serves all facets of education including instructional and administrative. This infrastructure allows access to both local network and Internet resources. The NOC monitors, upgrades, and maintains over 60 network application servers and 40 broadband high speed Internet access points. The NOC is also responsible for ensuring over 6000 computers are connected to the local area network and Internet.

COMPUTER SUPPORT

The COMPUTER SUPPORT CENTER (CSC) is responsible for maintaining computer hardware in all 38 schools and administrative offices. The CSC maintains over 6000 computers and several hundred printers. The CSC is excited to report, with very few exceptions, that all classrooms have been provided with a Pentium based computer. TELEPHONE SUPPORT
