How often do you see 13- and 14-year-olds spending their free time teaching fifth-grade students about technology? Some of the EAST students at Robinson Middle School did this many Thursday afternoons this spring.
Jennie Coy, EAST Facilitator at ROBINSON MIDDLE SCHOOL, announced the EAST students at RMS received a superior rating at the EAST National Conference held on March 16. This is the fifth year in a row for the EAST program at RMS to receive this honor! (A superior rating is the highest rating a school can receive for their work at the conference.)

Due to local flooding and road closures, some Pulaski County Special School District buses may not be able to get students home in a safe and timely manner this afternoon. For that reason, the District is allowing parents to pick up students at the following schools who live in flood prone areas, and excused absences will be granted:
ROBINSON MIDDLE SCHOOL’s “Grounds and Locker Cleaning” that took place last evening was a huge success! Over 150 parents and students showed up to work in the heat to clean up lockers and grounds to get ready for school to start. It was so great to see all the families working together and renewing old friendships & making new ones. Watch Fox 16′s Karoline Wightman’s coverage of the event.
