On Tuesday Rick and Nikki Rix presented two scholarships to graduating seniors from SYLVAN HILLS HIGH. The Alicia Rix Scholarship was awarded to Courtney Barrentine and the Taylore’ Hall Scholarship to Jordan Jones.
The Arkansas Department of Education has released a great new video explaining the new Common Core standards. The short video features interviews with PCSSD teachers and staff members who go into detail about the benefits of Common Core.
