Students enjoy breakfast in the garden

CRYSTAL HILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL won Today’s THV – Channel 11′s “Deck The POD” – “Win An iPod For Your School From Best Buy contest”! held back in December. On Wednesday, February 1, the student council members, the director of the student council, Ms. Keith, Art Teacher Mr. Kaplan and the Special Education Teacher Ms. Benton were all featured on THV This Morning show for their “Breakfast with Tom,” and the presentation of the new iPod!

PCSSD teachers earn National Board Certification

The Pulaski County Special School District is proud to announce that 13 more teachers have earned the highest credential available to American educators by recently becoming a National Board Certified Teacher through the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. This brings the total of National Board Certified teachers in the District to 52.

UPDATE: Power restored at Crystal Hill Elementary

The electricity is currently out at CRYSTAL HILL ELEMENTARY. The electric company is working on the issue and said power should be restored by 9 a.m. Classes are in session. We will keep you updated.

How to prevent summer brain drain
