Uniforms are mandatory at Robinson Elementary per the PCSSD Elementary Handbook. Even if there is a special event at school, students must continue to wear the uniforms. Robinson t-shirts and jeans are permitted on Fridays for all students. Any year t-shirt may be worn with the jeans.
Shirts
- Red, white, navy blue, light blue and yellow shirts with collar
- No emblems or logos
- Shirts worn under the collared shirt must be white or the same color as the collared shirt
Pants, shorts, skirts and jumpers
- Must be khaki, black or navy.
- Leggings are permitted as long as they are school colors with no stripes or patterns
- Skirt and jumper lengths must be no more than one dollar-bill-width above the knee
Jackets and coats
- No jackets or coats may be worn in class
- If your child wants to wear a sweatshirt in class, it must be school colors and have no logo on it at all
- Non-uniform sweatshirts must come off as soon as the student arrives at school as it will be treated as a jacket or coat
If your student comes to school out of uniform, the following disciplinary actions will be imposed:
- First offense: letter sent home outlining specific uniform violation
- Second offense: parent called and required to bring correct uniform
- Third offense: parent called, parent required to bring correct uniform and Saturday School assigned
