Uniforms will be worn in all PCSSD elementary schools. All students will wear short- or long-sleeved, collared shirts or turtlenecks. Male students have the choice of pants or walking shorts. Female students have the choice of pants, walking shorts, skorts, skirts, capris or jumpers. Make sure shorts, skorts and skirts are a dollar’s width from the knee. A black or brown belt must be worn with all outfits having loops.
The uniform colors have been simplified to red, white and navy blue tops with black, navy blue or khaki pants, skirts or shorts. No other colors will be allowed. If it is not in the American flag, it is not allowed as a uniform polo color. This will be in effect the first day of school, August 20, 2012. Please purchase appropriate colors. Also, please remember that flip-flops or open-toed shoes of any kind are not allowed at school. This is a safety concern as children participate in recess and PE on a gravel playground. Robinson t-shirts may be worn on Fridays with jeans or uniform pants.
Denim pants (jeans) are NOT considered uniform pants.
If your child wants to wear a jacket or sweater all day it must be solid red, white or navy with no symbol or logo.
