All Elementary students in Pulaski County Special School District are required to comply with the uniform dress code. Please make sure that your child dresses accordingly.
Shirts
- Colors – Any SOLID color Polo or buttoned down shirt, short or long sleeve
- Absolutely No emblems or logos
- Shirts must be tucked in
Bottoms
- Colors – Khaki, navy, black or brown
- No denim, regardless of color
- Belted or elastic waist pants, walking shorts (no drawstring)
- If belt loops are present, a brown or black belt must be worn
- Girls may also wear skirts, skorts and jumpers
- The length should be appropriate for a learning environment
Shoes and socks
- Any color socks and closed-toed shoes
- No flip-flops or heelies
Winter clothing
- Solid color sweaters, vests, blazers or sweatshirts without emblems or logos may be worn over the collared polo or buttoned down shirts
- Solid color turtlenecks may be worn
- Students are required to remove coats, hats, and scarves after entering the classroom
Backpacks
- Clear or mesh are preferred
