Opening

The called meeting of the Personnel Policy Committee called to order at 8:45 AM on March 26, 2012 at Maumelle High School – Address: 100 Victory Lane, Maumelle Ar. 72118.

Approval of Agenda

The agenda was unanimously approved as discussed.

Approval of Minutes

Minutes of the March 14, 2012 meeting of the Personnel Policy Committee were approved as emailed, printed and distributed to the members of the Committee.

Open Issues

Summarize the discussion for each issue pertaining to the committee and its responsibilities, state the outcome, and assign any action item.

New Business

  1. Reviewed and discussed Arkansas laws pertaining to requirements of Board Policies.
  2. Reviewed and discussed possible changes to Board Policy Draft.
  3. Determine to possible ways to post website, email and minutes to the District employees.
  4. Select next calendar date of meeting

  1. To complete discussion of possible changes to Board Policy Draft.
