Maumelle High gets a new school resource officer

PCSSD extends its thanks to the Maumelle Police Department and Police Chief Sam Williams, right, for hiring the city’s third school resource officer, Chris Stroud. Officer Stroud, left, is working primarily at MAUMELLE HIGH SCHOOL helping to ensure the safety of the school’s more than 900 students. Principal Becky Guthrie, center, said, “Partnerships like the one the school has with the police department will ensure a successful year.”
