The Board of Directors of the Pulaski County Special School District finds and determines that attire worn by students often distracts them from academic achievement, the primary purpose of attending school. Adoption of a uniform dress code will reduce distractions and disruptions caused by clothing. The uniform dress code will enhance school safety and security.
