Annuity – The District will make payroll deductions for any
authorized district tax annuity program authorized under regulation Sec
1.403(B) or Sec 1.40 (K). Employees may select the plan of their choice.

Internal Revenue
Service Section 125 Cafeteria Plan – All employees who work five (5)
hours or more per day are eligible for participation in the plan. The Cafeteria
Plan will reduce tax liability of the participating employee for eligible
salary deductible insurances, dependent care assistance and medical expenses
included in the plan.
PCSSD will contribute $97.28 monthly per each employee who
is under written contract(s) for a minimum of 900 hours per work year to be
applied toward any type of insurance available through payroll deductions.
District contribution may not be applied to group tax sheltered annuities,
