Whether your problem is with hardware like your computer, phone, printer or smartboard, a network connection issue, uncooperative software like eSchool, Edline, Odyssey, Finance+ or something as simple as a lost password, our IT Helpdesk is here to help you. We are available to assist you from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at 501.234.2150. but you can request assistance 24 hours a day via email ( helpdesk@pcssd.org) or our website. When emailing, please include:

  • School Name, Room Number, Station Number
  • Point of Contact
  • Detailed Description of the Problem
