Application Process begins the latter part of January (usually last Monday.)
Student’s Social Security Number is not required to complete the application form.
Proof of Residence is required: utility bill; (light, water, or gas) showing address or rental/lease agreement which displays address. If residing with someone else, an address verification from the head of household.
If applying for more than one child per family, please let us know if you are willing to place one child if seats are not available for the other(s).
Magnet School notification of assignment or waiting list status will be mailed by the first Friday in March.
We do not give out waiting list number(s).
Magnet school waiting list update letters will be mailed in November for the next school year. If you wish to remain on waiting list please respond by the date indicated.
M-to-M School notification of assignment or waiting list status will be mailed on July 15.
The last day we will accept M-to-M transfer applications is May 31.
The Pupil Accounting Coordinator will call you when your student(s) M-to-M transfer is approved within the PCSSD school District.
No information regarding placement status will be available prior to March 15 for magnet school and July 15 for M-to-M.

Once students receive an assignment letter for the magnet or m-to-m program, they will not be allowed to withdraw until the end of the first semester in which they enrolled.
