I cannot view the PaperCut training video on YouTube.

    Contact the IT Help desk at 234-2150 for the username and password.


I don’t have the “Ricoh Pull Print PC” printer.

    Contact the IT Help desk at 234-2150.


Printing from Chrome or Google

   The first time you print from Google Chrome, Gmail, or Google Docs, you will have to change to the “Ricoh Pull Print PC”, even if you have already set it to the default printer.


Printing from ChromeBooks

   When you print from a chromebook, make sure that the Printer you select is the “Ricoh Pull Print PC” that has “Presto” and this icon on the right side. Presto Icon


After I log in to the copier, my print jobs are not listed.

    Make sure that you are selecting the “Ricoh Pull Print PC” printer when you print. Your jobs will not show up if you are still printing to your old printer. 


My print jobs are still printing out directly.

    Make sure that you are selecting the “Ricoh Pull Print PC” printer when you print. Your jobs will not be held. They will still print directly to the copier if you are still printing to your old printer.


Why is direct printing no longer allowed?

   In order for the PaperCut printing solution to work correctly, all printing must be processed through the “Ricoh Pull Print PC” printer.  This means that direct printing to the Ricoh copy machines is not allowed.
